The trip continued and we went to a beautiful place called St. Michel. It is a sort of a cape or an island, where the old abbey resides. The walls of the abbey grow almost from the sea and the only road that connects the island with the coast sometimes disappears in the water in high tide. And here is my story in pictures about this magical place.

For some people the life of Michael "Nick" Nichols could be a dream, which came true (but only for very few). Michael is an adventure photographer. Yes, he travels into jungles and other wild places (or is it better so say wilderness?). But his work is not about the fun or getting the best picture - it's mission-oriented (read in "How do I become an adventure photographer?"):

What’s important to me is if somebody says "yeah, I saw this picture in National Geographic of a tiger carrying a cub," not that they saw "a Nick Nichols picture."

Well, you got the point. But have you seen his photographs or read his articles? Now is the time.

There is fairytale land that lies to the East of Paris. In this Neverland you meet your dreams and become a child one more time. I cannot give you those dreams, but only a dim glitter of those...

It was my honor and privilege to be the wedding photographer at the wedding of Liliya and Michael. And what is more important, I found two new friends. And when the wedding day started I was not doing my job for my clients, I was enjoying the day with my friends (where it happens I took a few hundreds of photographs)
